Burrito is delicious food. But nobody likes to have a cold burrito. The delightful taste of burrito lasts when it is hot. You have to make sure that the flavor and texture are not getting worse. There are various ways to reheat a burrito properly. You can reheat burrito in an oven, microwave or grill. 

Things you need to be careful while reheating a burrito is that the tortilla remains soft and not get hard. And that the burrito stays crispy and not soggy.

Reheating Burrito in an Oven: 

Oven is considered the easy way to reheat a burrito. Because it makes the burrito crispy. And not soggy. First, take your burrito out of the fridge. Let it cool down at the room temperature for a while.

Then preheat your oven to 225 degrees Fahrenheit. It is good always to preheat your oven first. Then loosely wrap your burrito in an aluminum foil and place it in the oven for about 30 minutes. Check the burrito is heated evenly or not. It will ready when the internal temperature is 165 degrees Fahrenheit. When it has done, take out and enjoy it.

Reheating Burrito in a Microwave: 

Microwave is a great option to reheat food when you are in a hurry. It is not the best option but does the job. First, put your burrito on a microwave-safe plate. Then place your burrito in the microwave. Reheat the burrito for one minute.

Let it sit in the microwave for about 45 seconds so that the heat spreads evenly. Repeat this reheating process for another minute. Then let it sit for 30 seconds. Check to see if the filling is heated correctly. After the burrito is heated properly, serve, and enjoy.

Reheating Burrito on a Grill: 

Reheating burrito on a grill takes more time than any other method. If you have about 30-45 minutes in your hand, you can lean towards this method, first of all, light only half of the grill. And place your burrito on the unlit side. Grill the burrito for about 30 minutes on that side. Then move your burrito to the lit side. It will give some beautiful grill marks on the burrito. Take it out and enjoy it.

How to reheat a Chipotle Burrito

Chipotle is known for its fresh burritos. These burritos the delicious to eat. There are two ways you can reheat a chipotle burrito. You can reheat a chipotle burrito in a toaster oven or a traditional oven. Both of these methods given below:

Reheating Chipotle Burrito in a Toaster oven: 

First, open your burrito. So the foil is only covering the tortilla part. This way, all the fillings will be warmed up. Then place your burrito bottom-down in the toaster oven. Reheat for about 8-12 minutes on 4000 degrees Fahrenheit. Check to see if the burrito is heated through. When it has done, enjoy your burrito.

Reheating Chipotle Burrito in a Traditional oven: 

First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Then wrap your burrito in the aluminum foil. Reheat your oven for about 15 minutes. Check to see if the burrito is evenly warmed. After its done, take out and enjoy it.

You can easily store your leftover burrito. You can save it for 4-5 days in the fridge. But make sure you wrap the burritos properly first. Also, smell your stored burrito before you eat it. If it smells foul and sour, then toss it out.
