  • Salt
  • One ¼ cup soymilk

To make the sweet gravy:

  • Take a pan. Pour the ½ cup sugar, ½ cup water, and blueberries in it and stir it. Boil them for 5 minutes at high flame, and keep them aside.

To make pancake:

  • Potato (3)
  • Water
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp gram flour

  • Olive oil

How to make it-

  • Peel the skin of potatoes, wash then, and grate them. Soak them in water for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, drain them and squeeze them well.
  • Add 2 tbsp cornflour, 2 tbsp of gram flour, ½ tsp of pepper, ½ tsp of cumin powder, one chopped chili, 2 tbsp of chopped spring onion in the squeezed potatoes, and mix them well until it becomes thick.
