1. Cheesy chicken fajita chips and dip:


  • Three pieces of chicken breast
  • Three types of mixed peppers
  • One chopped onion
  • Two tablespoon oil
  • Two tablespoon fajita seasoning
  • Salt (according to your taste)
  • Five tortillas
  • Melted butter
  • 400g Cream cheese
  • 200g cheddar cheese
  • 1tablespoon of cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

How to make it-

  • Take an oven pan. Place three-piece of chicken breast, mixed peppers, chopped onion, oil, fajita seasoning, and salt. Mix them well and bake for 25 minutes at 200oC or 400oF. Cut the pieces of chicken breast. Keep them in a bowl 
  • Take five tortillas cut each of them in 8 pieces 
  • Add salt in melted butter. Soak the tortillas pieces in it
  • Now put the bowl of chicken mix and add cream cheese, 100g cheddar cheese, cornflour, salt, pepper, and mix them well 
  • Take an oven tray, place a baking paper. Put the bowl of the chicken mix in the middle of the plate and place the pieces of tortillas around the container.

  • 350g of dried macaroni
  • 1-litre milk
  • 350g cheddar
  • 150g cream cheese
  • Eight thin slices of bacon(roasted and chopped)
  • Parmesan 50g(grated)

  • 200g mozzarella 
  • 1 cup flour
  • One egg
  • Breadcrumbs 1 cup

How to make it-

  • Take a pan. And boil dried macaroni with 1-litre milk.
  • After few moments it liquid would be saucy
  • Add 350g grated cheddar, 150g cream cheese, bacon, parmesan, 6 tbsp butter, 1tbsp salt, 1tsp pepper, and mix it well.
  • Add mozzarella and mix it
  • Take a tray and place wrapping paper. Pour the macaroni and cheese mixer on it.
  • Freeze it for 1 hour
  • Cut it into pieces
  • Add salt in breadcrumbs 
  • Put the packs of mac and cheese on flour, then soak it in the egg, and put it on breadcrumbs.
  • Deep-fry them

3. Beef-bread flapjack:


  • 500g minced beef
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Slices of bread
  • Flour
  • Water
  • Oil
  • Cheddar cheese

How to make it-

  • Take a bowl, add minced beef, one tsp salt and pepper. Mix them well.
  • Shape the mixture like a circle and fry them
  • Take bread slices, roll them and cut them in circle shape
  • Take 2 tbsp of flour and 3 tbsp water. Mix them
  • Put fried beef in it. Add a slice of cheddar cheese on it. Place bread slice again and lock them using of the flour and water mixture
  • Deep fry them

For sauce:

  • Take 300g mayonnaise, add 2 tsp of mustard paste, 1 tbsp gherkin relish, 2 tsp white vinegar/ lemon juice, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp or 2 tsp paprika(according to your taste), ½ tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, mix them well.

  • Swiss cheese slices

How to make it-

  • Take swiss cheese slice and put ham slice on them. Then again put cheese, then ham. Make eight layers of swiss slices and seven coats of ham slices between cheese slices. 
  • Take 3 cups of mashed potato, add one teaspoon of salt and pepper, one whisked egg. Mix them well.
  • Take the layers pack of cheese and ham, cover them with a little amount of mashed potato. And freeze them for 2 hours.
  • Put it on seasoned flour, then dip it in the whisked egg, and put in on breadcrumbs. Fry them or bake them 160oC for 10 minutes.

  • Take a try and place a baking sheet. Place the drumsticks on them and bake them for 45 minutes at 180oC. 
  • Put a pan on the stove. Add tomato sauce, butter, sugar, soya sauce, garlic, pepper, lemon. Stir them well until it becomes like gravy.
  • Apply the sauce with a brush on the top of baked drumsticks and bake them again for 10 minutes at 180oC.

6. Mini chicken tacos:


  • Tortillas
  • Butter(melted)
  • Fajita spice
  • Salt 
  • Chicken (shredded)

How to make it-

  • Take tortillas and cut them with a round cutter.
  • Take one cup of melted butter and add one and a half fajita spice in it. Mix it well.
  • Dip the small tortillas in it nicely and bake them for 6 minutes at 180oC. (Take a cupcake tray and place the tortillas on the backside of the plate to get the shape of tacos)
  • Take 2 cups of shredded chicken in a bowl. Add 1 or 2 cups of cooked mixed peppers, one cup of cooked onion, 3 /4 cup of cheddar cheese, one cup of cream cheese, one and a half tablespoon of fajita spice. Mix them very well.
  • Take the tacos and fill them with the chicken mixture. Bake them for 5-6 minutes at 180oC. Add herbs and serve them.
